Common Questions
Classic applies one extension per natural lash for the most natural look. Volume uses lightweight fans of 2-6 extensions per lash for fullness. Mega Volume uses maximum density for a striking, polished finish.
Fills are available within 3 weeks of your previous appointment with at least 50% lash retention. Outside this window, a new full set is required.
When applied correctly with proper isolation technique, extensions should not damage natural lashes. Removal should always be done professionally.
Classic sets take about 90 minutes; Volume and Mega Volume can take 105–120 minutes due to the detailed fan work.
Mascara is not recommended on extensions as it can affect retention and is difficult to remove without damaging the lashes.
